Good site B2B all bookmarked on my phone ????
Luckily our snow has melted and tomorrows run should be fine, just east coast winds to deal with, hate it cos my eyes always well up even with glasses or contacts just from it being cold - roll on summer!

Sounds like you all have sone good goals and ha sone good runs lately ????

Welcome back 3:30

B2B - Cool, My Husbands Sister lives in between Ballater and Braemar u by the Crathes School almost. When ever we visit it is bolltic! Would hate to run up there unless its summer. And thats someone who loves winter lol

Im hooping if it does snow then can get out before it ices over, once the ice hits its a lot harder. Really should invest in running grips but then would have to run on only snow or Ice and some paths do defrost cos of the gritters.

My laptop is up and running now Yay! I can finally get back onto uploading my garmin work outs and seeing my progress on a map Simple things hey!

Hubby and I are all signed up for the half again in Sept - Cant wait!! Want to be able to run a lot of it and the miles are slowly increasing with me be able to run it fully xxx Have a great day!

Hey everyone, whooo laptop is being fixed ao i can finally get back here more often.

Quick update made 2miles solid last week whoop normally always jog/walk and hopefully this means progress. Finding just going for a run much easier than doing intervals. Found my pace at 14min miles and going to keep to this till it feels comfortable and i can keep the miles steady while i move up.

In the spring i will be putting in hill work and stuf so may help with stamina. At the moment its about doing the miles not speed this can come later but for now just want to run steady

Half runner - where abouts are yiu im south of stonehaven. Got some snow and its a bit chilly
