Ouch Steady hope you and the bike are OK. I've finally got my run HR zones worked out properly and managed a 40 min run in the right zone for the first time ever. Finally feel like I can do some proper training now. 2hr turbo tomorrow which I'm not looking forwards to. It's a trainer road session so no boredom issues, just lots of hard work!
Raceforce are taking mine to Barcelona for me later this year. As others have mentioned it travels fully assembled on a van and they have mechanics to hand should anything un-toward happen. Not much more than hiring a bike and the extra luggage especially as I'm flying ryan air. So yes the bike is costing more to get out there than I will. I also get to send a sports bag with all my tri stuff in as well for the price which helps with the issues around taking nutrition (salts tabs) and Co2 canisters.
DD - for me nothing clicked I just started to kick myself and say just do the session anyway, the more I've done the more it's clicked and the fun has come back. So my tip would be to make a start regardless of how you feel.
Levis grey ribbed t-shirt , about 20 years old and still looks like new. I do wonder what it's made out of as it's worn weekly, can cope with my yo-yo figure yet still retains it's original shape and no sign of holes or wear yet.
