Thanks guys, I'm ok now and yes I've really discovered that running is great stress relief, and brilliant thinking space even stopped running with the ipod on.
After having a brief scan through some good runs going on and a few aches and pains lol
Thanks for the advice Yvonne on the HM, will use that as a baseline. Only doing both as a friend of a friend can't use her Brighton place and it seemed such a shame to waste it Plus another couple of sweatshop runners are doing both too although they have only just done their first HM in November

Sorry guys, I've been AWOL on here for far too long
Marital breakdown needed space away from everything to get the head sorted out
Good news is I'm back (I think thats good news ) and running, somehow been talked into doing both Brighton and Reading HM that are 2 weeks apart.
Will catch up with all the goings on over the week
Sorry still a bit AWOL, hoping things in my personal life settle down a bit soon.
Only ran a 5k so far this week tho it was a quick one for me. Had another PT session yesterday and got well and truly beasted I mean trained. Did some boxing, chin ups, kettle bells etc etc, I now ache all over.
Sorry for my absence over the past couple of weeks, lots of personal issues that needed to be addressed. Hopefully sorted now and a fairly normal service will resume.
Had another session with PT and foolishly said I wanted to be able to do chin ups - I dont think my arms and shoulders will ever be the same again! Only doing short half hour runs at the moment, just letting my body rest for a few weeks before I start HM training again
