Dear Self, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE build up the willpower to give up office-machine coffee. I know it's addictive, it gets you through the day and it's cold right now, but it is giving you a banging headache EVERY time you drink it, and you really need the focus for work right now! Thank you, Hopeful-Future Self |

There's nothing worse than walking away with a purchase you're not completely convinced by, and half the time it answers itself. But I think runs-with-dogs' idea is brilliant, so it gives you the option of taking them back without hassle. If you overpronate A LOT it may be better to see an orthopaedic specialist for an opinion because they may give you insoles to help. |

I personally would pay £70 max, but I understand some of the top brands like Asics ask around £110+ - and if you're a dedicated runner who is sure to get the use out of them, then I guess you can justify it! |

My Better Half has shaved a few times, but regularly trims - I think because he prefers the look and feel of it. I couldn't stand to not shave my arms, the feel and increase in sweat with long hairs makes me feel uneasy! I agree it's probably no more/less hygenic, but it definitely gives the illusion of less smelly sweat. |
