Hi just had my first ever race last week at bewl 15, after 2 months training.As a begginer i think i got a bit carried away at the start and went a bit fast not relising how long 15 miles was.I thought its was a hard course aswell,the hills were killers.But enjoyed every minute of it.I managed to run it in 2.09 and now iam hooked looking for my next race,when i can walk again......
