Can anyone provide me with a link or recommendation of a site where l can buy a multi pack of energy gels.

Finally got to the stage of my running where im past the ten mile mark on my LSR's and can feel me fatigueing after about an hour so going to give the gels a go.

Also gonna take a few haribos out with me too

Debenhams often have some fantastic offers on running gear. Never actually bought trainers from the site but I've had a dare2b windshell from them before for about a tenner and it's the best bit of running kit I've ever bought

Im an electrician and DF3 has pretty much summed it up. If it has a heating element in it the likelihood is that the element has burnt out and the lack of resistance is causing the breaker to trip.

Get the warranty out.

Dishwashers are notoriously difficult to fix as the parts are difficult to gain access to without the right tools. Manufacturers often fit screws with unorthodox heads on them so you have to have one of their "engineers" out to be repaired. Sneaky sods.

N.B They've never been engineers in their life, it's just that hotpoint or zanussi or whoever made the machine call them engineers so as to justify the massive cost of getting someone out to repair the machine.

Lamb chops with pesto and vine tomatoes.

Not something you'd expect to find in the homes of an old pit town but we're sooooooooo 2013 thesedays.

6.8 miles this morning. The furthest I've run in a long time thanks to a terrible winter and hectic work schedule. Felt comfortable and gave me the belief that l ought to be able to get a HM in this summer/autumn which is what I've been aiming for all along.

Think i'll enter a 10k in the next month or so to keep me interested then look for a half around August/September time.
