I have a large back piece booked in for about 10 days time. I am just going to chuck on a loose tech top and keep it clean after. So excited.
My advice on deciding what you want is really really think about it and ensure it means something. This one has taken me 2 years to get right and it is covering over one of my "spur of the momment" rubbish ones.
You dont have to do Long runs every day. Maybe work on some speed work during the week and aim for 1 long run at the weekend, that way your body will have a chance to recovery and you wont dread going out x I find my garmin is amazing as well, everytime I want to slow it down i look at my time and pick it up or look at hte distance and say when it gets to ..... i will walk. good luck
Tangfastic-I am naturally muscular, my thighs and calfs are solid even if i am overweight as are my shoulders. When I tell people how much I weigh they think I am lying to them (though why anyone would say they are actually heavy than they are is anyones guess), always been the same though. I spent years horse riding then went onto construction work then into rugby playing.
