I am a week behind you and I am doing one on the 6th October. I have dropped the C25K down to 7 weeks and not 9 though (doing every other day). I have run previous to this though and am using the C25K as a return to running after an injury. I am starting to complete runs together once a week as well so for instance doing week 3 Day 1 and then completing week 1 Day one staight after. Gets me out for an hr and running more without it being difficult. Should mean after week 9 I will already be running for an hr once a week and well on my way with the 1/2 marathon training |
