What: 6 and a bit

Why: Miles

Another 30+ mile week from me - it would have been nearer 40 but had to sacrifice yesterdays run to take daughter to the dentist

Have a good weekend all

What: nearly 6 over the big hill and back.

Why: Strengthening.

Lyrics: Yep

For the first time in over 18 months I've managed to complete a run at under 8min/mile pace... Thats now 3 weeks on the trot where I've improved my time over the distance by 20-30s a week, so the improvement hasn't plateaued yet then!

RFJ: Excellent race and report. Well done

Gobi: Hope you recover quickly...

Have a good day all

What: 5 miles easyish

Why: Miles

I don't know if it was a bad nights sleep, the warmer weather or yesterdays 7+miles, but my legs were shot today. Could barely keep going. Might be resting tomorrow and over the weekend...

Have a good day all

What: 6 miles over the big hill

Why: Strangthening.

Managed to knock another 30secs off my best time for this route again this week. Just need to repeat it another 20 times to catch up with a lot of people on here

Have a good day all
