Haven't seen any results yet. Well done Lotte, DippyD and Tricialitt.
I finished in 4.20.24. Almost 7 minutes faster than my PB so very happy!
Suffered with cramping toes towards the end but, overall, a good race. What great weather!
.......Must remember to pack a respirator.... how can I attach it to my camel-back?
Just a thought- Maybe this plume will hold the cold-front back and keep us just a wee bit warmer whilst we're running!
DippyD-hope the hamstring holds out for the race.
4 days to go! Hope the weather holds.
Hi Folks
This will be my 3rd time at Loch Ness (I ran the marathon in 2004 and 2009).
What can I say? It's beautiful but challenging, with hills where you just don't need them (mile 16.5-17.5 and mile 20).
But it's addictive and I love it !
Our weather (Perth) is OK at the moment (dry and calm) so heading out in a wee while.
Good luck to any racers today.
