I have been doing 5k for a while ,but seems like not improving drastically. Ony improved by 11 mins in last 6 months. My worst was about 39:32 mins and now my best is 28:39. I weigh 14.1 stone and lost about 3.5 stones in that time .Now I am not even loosing weight from last month. Any suggestions welcome .Did my first half marathon too inbetween which was very bad . Took me 3hrs to complete .I love to do my 5k under 25 mins.
Did my First half marathon with dissapointing time . Took me 3 hrs to finish . Would like to come back next year with better timing . What is the best way to train from now .Specially need to work through those hills .
