Nurse ratched - only we can truly be the judge of prize winning scones and jam you have produced , it's a well known fact that running and scone eating are both interlinked ,,( something to do with calories produced in a scone being the same as calories burned during hill rep sessions )
18 miles for me this morning , or it could've been 17 and a bit , or 18 something , my garmin was playing up and paused itself after 7 miles ,, don't you hate when that happens
Hi gang , been avoiding this thread for the last few months , I think it's called denial therapy , it's something I firmly believe in
After avoiding all plans , LSRs and generally anything over eight miles the last few months I got my arse in gear and went for a long slow run this morning
Unfortunately my memory of what constitutes a LSR is vague , went off too fast , couldn't slow down , but I was consistent 15 miles at 8:50 average ( was planning 9:30)
Finally I feel like a marathon runner again , just need my knees to seize up and it'll be like I've never been away
So when's this marathon again ?
