Well said dannirr

, I made a point of high giving every kid , group , grandmother , supporter I could , apart from the two kids who raised they're hands to high five me then both dropped it , leaving me hanging in mid slap ,, but it still made me smile , and that's what the crowd do best , they made you smile , they lift your mood and make you forget the pain and suffering of running 26.2 miles

I can't believe the news , shocking to bomb people watching and supporting a marathon , I was also aware of how much of a target the paris marathon was to terrorists ,
My heart goes out to everyone involved

Just been watching the news , I see Pyongyang have had a marathon in the city today , can't see it catching on , no crowds , no food and soldiers with guns along to route , could be one for next year though , it's been added to my bucket list

All hail our glorious and eternal leader
