chickadeee hope the tummy settles. Hopefully just a little bug but if not maybe worth looking at something you're eathing that could be the trigger. Tomatoes are a big no no for me when running!

LMH hope the day passes quickly. My planned session yesterday was 18 miles including a multi terrain 10k race run at HM pace. Thankfully the weather was windy but the rain stopped just before I started and it all went to plan!
Why: Two weeks since my last day off and I know I should although I really want to run!
