Just had my first run in Asics Nimbus 14, where has all the cushioning gone? They felt like my 13s did after 500 miles. I was shocked.
IF YOU WERTE DOING IT ON A TREADMILL AND HAD TO DO 10 X 2 MIUTE SESSIONS WHAT INCLINE AND SPEED WOULD PEOPLE SET IT AT?????/
So this week we have to run up hills.
The good old schedule says to run 10 x 2 minutes up hill.
For this sub 3:45 malarkey, what do people think the incline should be set on a treadmill and at what speed.?
How does incline 3 set at 10 k/per hour sound ? We are doing 10 at 2 minutes don't forget and I am 53!!!!!!!!
