Great friendly event, well done to the organisers and marshalls!
A pb for me and just pipped my son by one place(not that I take these things seriously you understand!)I better watch out if he ever starts training.
Said hello to Hilly recognised from the Longleat No1 photo.Good luck for the FLM.

Great event, messed up my watch at the start so will be really interested to see the time when posted.
RD's pics and the course profile did suggest hills.Good training run for anyone thinking about a Frenchay entry.
Sorry didn't meet up but bit of a family day with wife, a daughter and Mum supporting and sister (first 10 K) and her friend up from London to run.
Well done to the organisers and to all that ran, I'll have forgetten about the hills by next years event? | |

Not had a run for 7 days due to PITC, hope to start running on Sunday, also the profile of the course suggests 48:00ish. I just don't like hills, scarred by Frenchay last year!!

The pain has returned in the New Year-Shin splints!!!!, limited running ,rest and test,should be Ok'ish for Feb
