<<sends mad vibes & pompoms to the crazy horse in Wales & healing vibes to Noggs' gnashers & Poodles' spotties>>
I reckon your future pupils will be very lucky students, Beanzy!
Cross-country session on the dready this morning (well, that's what the proggie on the thing said) which was fun - up & down hill & then faster bits on the flats, the uppies varying from 6% to 15% gradient and the faster downy bits being on a 4% downhill gradient .... wheeeeeeeeeeeee!

Watch that chest, Ellie - pneunomonia is no laffing matter & can so easily set in when you're run down & chesty - those are exackerly the conditions the bacteria watch out for (take it from one who was threatened with a week in hozzie on drips & had to take a month out not so long back!)
Rest day for me today so swambling this morning (but most definitely not on the meldy-scale!) & the pool was bliddy freezing! brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
Oh and oops, seem to have an interview for Monday. (I must stop doing this!)

Fabtastic Suse - how exciting! Say hi to my pal in Auckland (she has built a hobby farm, so is the one with llamas and ostriches>> and my wee bruvver over the water in Aussie <<just follow the noise>>. Skiing on mountain tops in the morning followed by B-B-Q's on the beach in the afternoon, eh? Whadda life!!!! :-)))
I don't do crunches at all, Sluggie, but work the deep abdominal muscles (wot the professionals call the TVA) instead for core stability.
Speaking of which, core stab & quad/glute/hammy work this morning followed by spinning class at lunchtime. And very nice too.
Waist ye well, Waisterpeeps! xxx
