Well done on LK FFB. Can't imagine what trying to organise a race must be like. Was a bit gutted to miss Loch Katrine this year but hopefully I'll be able to do it next year!!
Training for Edinburgh marathon going okay but its busy time trying to fit in all of the runs for Mrs LB and myself. But we're getting there. Nine weeks to go.
Good 15 miles on Sunday and a slow recovery yesterday. Least the weather is picking up a little.
when are we going to get to go running without it blowing a hoolie!!!! rain i can cope with but the wind is seriously sh*t.
struggled round a slow 6.5 miles this morning after a good 10 miler on Sunday.
great blog FFB!! absolutely amazing achievement.
good 8 miles this morning. best bit was the lack of wind. must be the first time in ages that i've been out and its not been blowing a gale.
think cardio tennis and then match practice for an hour may have been a bit much though. need to stay awake for sherlock.
think almost anywhere sounds better than your flat next New Years Tigerspaw! Austria would be very nice. You could have a wee sing to yourself as your running in the hills
blowing a hoolie on the east coast as well. first couple of miles into the wind as well. nice and fast on the way back though.
