Can I just thank everyone who had a hand in organganising what must be a really difficult race to put on.  I'm with Dartford Road Runners and our 10 miler race is very hard work - don't think I could cope with double to distance to organise!

We have the same sort of problem with runners moaning about the silliest things.  Safety is the most important factor in organising any race but people who aren't actively involved in race organisation don't appreciate this.

Loved this race and the new course - I ran this in 2008 and had a blinder - didn't have such a good run Sunday and was 11 mins slower but loved it and can't praise the organisation and marshalls enough.  Appreciate you have problems with a race HQ but you're never going to be able to supply enough loos at races. Well done and thank you for a lovely day out by the seaside!!!

Tiny - saw you go past me looking very strong.  Would have said hello but couldn't catch you up!

Have only done this once and really enjoyed it in an odd way but really nervous about it.

Don't want to state the obvious but it's a long way but with those lovely marshals and the change of scenery sure it'll be fine!

May be regretting being organised at about 18miles!

No worries and totally understand.  Many thanks for confirmation and will email the club.

Cheers

Dear JFDI.

Is there no way into the 20 now?  I have my place but believe there were a few from my club (Dartford RR) who were looking to do this but as you had online entries thought they still had time.  Please advise so I can get an urgent communication out either way.   Many thanks!  Dolly
