just passing and thought I'd say I also did my first run since the marathon today. Felt quite strong though we only ran for thirty minutes as my mates toe was sore!
It did feel good to get out.

Glad to read you are back to normal (almost) Rich.

Terrible Tweety, what a horrible thing to do!
They probably thought that Straycelt should be dressed as................ a runner bean (haha)

Oh well, I guess you can't pleased everybody.

Hard to believe it is now two weeks since the marathon. I have now forgotten all the pain. Someone asked if I would do it again and I said yes!!
Hope all are well.

Rich, glad you're on the mend. I keep thinking about next year and whether or not I would run again. I think I would be very worried if it was hot again, more so than this year as I now know what can happen to runners in the heat (as do you!!)

Are you planning some world travel then??

Congrats Tweety on reaching your target.

I too have had to check my eating, but I have allowed my drinking to go uncontrolled for the first time in months!!

Am going to resume running this week. Should, in theory, find it easy but I bet I don't.
