Does anyone want to come out to Villa Kona for a weeks training in the sun http://www.holidaylettings.co.uk/rentals/pinoso/142667 I am looking to get some training buddies for a week april 15 -22nd 2012 There are 6 places available with 2 twin rooms and one double Cost would be £175 per person and would include accomodation plus transfers to and from the villa with your bikes . We would share food costs while we were out there. ideally i am looking for 13hour -finisher athletes. I am planning to do my coaching badges this year but this is not an official coached set up. So you will need your own insurance etc Planned 1- 2 swims per day in our own 25 m pool 50 - 80 miles biking with one 112 mile ride ( probably to the coast dependant on wind and conditions) As much running as you can face contact me for more details Regards Slummo |
