I had one for a while but it told me I run at 12 min miles (I run 8 min for a lazy Sunday).  Since binned it and bought a Garmin - much better.

I'm thinking of running this one....is it a trail run?  (in other words....normal asics or full on Inov8 Mudrocs?).

Also..is it hilly or flat?  I've only done hilly halfs before (Marlow / Leith Hill) so am wondering whether it is possible to spend more than a mile or two without a great big hill in the way.

Thanks

I've done this once (back in 2004) and yes, it's a bit hilly but nothing terrible.  Just pace yourself in the first 8 miles and you'll be fine.

I'll be running it again this year.
