I have most recently used Gait Lab - see website for various locations and found then to be professional and thorough. Not inexpensive though (total of approx 400 for appointments, orthotics and review)
Building up again after fairly long lay off from running after shin fracture- now healing well. Got a curious knee pain- does not hurt when walking, running, cycling- or doing anything apart from bending fully e.g. to pick something up- and then worst on first time and OK after a couple of bends. quad stretches hurt at first then less so. Any clues and advice on continuing to run, cycle would be greatly appreciated. Hoping to see physio early next week if continues. Many thanks Jonathan
As my usually idea of a rough surface is when it has been raining the night before and the paths in the park are muddy, can I ask - what kind of shoes are needed for this? Or doesn't it matter as my legs will have dropped of within the fisrt km?
