BHB, J8 - wava % are great, last week a load of fit youngsters turned up to park run and pushed me down to 32 (12 the week before) but the results include wava and I was 5th, almost up with NI but not quite. Since I have been able to run again I have loved having the choice of running or stopping in, picking socialable runs without targets is the way forward for me, still a minute of parkrun PB but not bothered, not much anyway.
J8 - harder to stop if you don't want to. Take a break do other things, eat chips and buy bigger clothes, you can always start up again, just take Tooley for example. Better to stop without being forced to, mentally it will be easier.
