Does anyone know if there is a training plan that revolves around shift work? My brother works four days (where he cant train), and then is off for four days (where he can train for those four days). Marathon is in April, so 14-15 week plan, and he is beginner/intermediate level?
I've managed to get a late entry into the London Marathon, confrimed today. I want to do a half marathon in March, however my preferred choices of Reading, Fleet and Silverstone are all booked. Can anyone recommend any half marathons in March/ early April in South ?
