Whizzy,

Wasn't wearing any kit as I'm not attached to a club at the moment. Just wearing a white t-shirt and those rather bad chequed shorts (yes they looked like boxers!!)

Ran my PB although it's hard to say that on only my second race!

Stubbington Green 10k is next on my list. Jan 12th I think? Hope for the 44 min mark. Do you know what the course is like?

Really enjoyed yesterday. I ran 1hr 8min 57 secs. Really pleased with that although as you say, it was a shame it wasn't 10 miles. None the less I think that i would have run inside my 1hr 15m target.

I understand that the organisers are going to send 10 mile projected times, is this correct?

Also a thank-you to organisers, a well organised event, well done!

Yep, I'll be there. I too have only just started running. I entered the Great South in September and ran 1hr 18m which I ran quite pleased with for a first attempt. I've been putting in the training for this one and hope to manage a 1hr 15m depending on conditions?!?!

Anyway, best of luck. Best thing to do is find someone to run with. Your bound to find someone of your own ability who can run with you.

See you on Sunday!!!
