Just spoke to a very nice lady who said that she will send me the link, having explained that i have had three rejections although two different postal addresses in that time. I provided both post codes and mentioned that I first applied the year they trialled the online system in 2008 with FLM, when it was limited to 10,000 entrants, and subsequent years. She intimated that the change in postal address may have been why i've not been picked up - which seems an odd assumption when designing a system that people won't have moved... In summary: keep trying, hopefully it will work
