Dean, wow what a run, I don't think the 3.45 London will be a problem, perhaps even a 3.30? enjoyed the run, it certainly is good Marathon prep. injured leg on 3rd lap so had to walk last 3 miles, thanks to Marshalls and st Johns. |

I do sometimes get a couple of miles in on a sat, but not regularly, my Tempo/speed runs are at 8.00/7.30 each mile, but not sure on what speed to do on warm up and cool down miles, currently @9.15 (on dreadmill). should Tuesday's easy run (2/3 miles) be faster than race pace then? I am also doing Stafford 20 this weekend, should I run this at slower pace? |

Problem being I feel like if I slow down then I wont be able to get back up on the day. i cant understand in my head how you can suddley run 60/90 secs quicker on race day, if not trained around that speed. I am managing the 3 sessions a week, 1 easy 1 long and 1 Tempo/speed, but I do ache, and now starting to demoralise me. |
