Hi Can anyone recommend a trail shoe with decent ankle support? Want something that will give some support to my Achilles and get quite a bit of pain especially on long uphill climbs Had a look at Salomon Men's Ultra Low GTX Trail Running Shoes – has anyone used them? Cheers Si |

has anyone done or know anything about this race? Its held on 19/20 May and is 120km off road. I put my name in at a prize draw at the UTMB expo and just found out I've got a place. Si | |

thanks for posting the link to the course profile - looks very tough but looking forward to the run in June. Any advice on the longest training run you'd do in preparation? (was planning to do up to 20 or 22 as would for a normal marathon). Si | |
