if im not running im thinking about it , and get really frustrated if i get a cold or an injury which stops me from training i do become a pain in the @rse anyway ha!

ive got an ipod nano and an arm belt to secure it in place when running im never without it

yer i found that colds linger because your immune system is at its weakest after a long training session, and that it puts strain on your heart if exercising with a cold . its a pain i know

my ITB at the right knee has been playing up 4 a couple of weeks , i did a half marathon on sunday and it was ok, just been 4 a run now for 5 miles and its a bit sore
