brilliant well done everyone shedload of great results and fantastic stories; have been reading avidly daily still for updates on the great training, progress and results. 6 and a half weeks no running for me; feels like I'll never get back to it but with the inspiration around you gotta keep pushing! Fantastic guys will write back properly later but so impressed and pleased for so many
so jealous eagerly watching all the incredible training and enjoying the 'taper-madness' setting in. no running for 4 weeks for me. steroid injection no help and hip still painful looks like long lay-off; sights firmly moving to Abingdon. So desperately want to be running again and I really want to be on your target time list. Can I go on as (a) 2.37 (b) 2.45 and just say my leg fell off on marathon day as a DNF
Evening. Thanks to all the well wishers. sadly no Lazarus for me yet; day 12 no running (spin-bike 3 times) so looks less and less likely I'll be there race day and if I am it will be with a seriously altered target
won't go back too far but needless to say some outstanding and jealous making training. Cannot believe the wind/cold and rain I've faced the last few months for it to be this glorious the first week I'm benched!
AW your training has truly been outstanding one of the most consistent on here keeping everything crossed it all pays off for you as you'll thoroughly deserve a top result
Great training to PM/Wardi/HR/PP/padams/TM/LD/Bedders/bains/CD/runningspy/CC2/bufo/jonny and all others I've missed!
CW love the feet and the training and the general 'CWness' of your posts!
TR sorry you picked up calf so soon after coming back but incredible staying power to up the ante with training really desperate to see you make something out of such a desperate start
Lev immense work and great long run with interval thingies you're now looking well set
TT sounds like things are looking hunky dory now..i assume anaemia settled now? great work sounds like you'll be flying
LS thanks for the prayers plenty praying for me and its needed and much appreciated! Hope you haven't come down from the sub 75 min half yet and sorry they wouldn't upgrade your start; you deserve the honour! All looking set for a cracking VLM (+/- haircut)
Dan taking to eating everything in world and avoiding too much alcoholism so far but heading that way....pint would be good! do your team hand write message to all xempo buyers; got such a classy message with the first top i ever bought last april really felt like fantastic personal touch guess its harder as the 'brand' grows
