Its all off road but on a well trodden path so you will not need off road trainers.

I think someone is winding you up, it is an out & back along an old railway line & is virtually a flat couse with a slight incline very occasionally, am hoping to do it again this year, its very enjoyable.

I will be there, got a 5k at Cannon Hill at 9.00 Saturday morning & then bit of a rest before this in the afternoon, should be fun

Have been looking at this today & I am very tempted, it looks a lot more interesting than a normal 10k.
