Weather isn't really very SNODlike this year. Keep expecting them to change the forecast to storm force winds and driving rain!
Off to Wales tomorrow morning so if I don't get a chance before Sat good luck all, I hope everyone enjoys their trip round the mountain.
"Enjoy" the double TR. I imagine the few drivers out on the road in the small hours won't be expecting to see you so stay safe and I will see quarter way through your day's work at 7.34am - don't be late
No worries TR. That is very precise timing, sounds like you have this planned well! I will be there with supplies. Any preference on flavour of Cliff bars? If you think of anything else just let me know.
Yes TR it is me that has digs in Beddgelert. I will be at the main road junction by the bridge in village with your supplies. Just let me know what time you need me to be there when you have worked your logistics out.
How was Leicester, Brer?
Weather forecast looks very un-SNOD like at the moment.
Well folks this time next week we will be making our way up to the start line (or down to the start in TR's case). Can't believe we are just a week away and no one has mentioned the weather yet?!
The enforced longer taper seems to have had the desired effect on my foot problem but the lack of any run beyond 13 miles since the end of September will, I fear, take it's toll in the later stages next week. Hoping to duck under the 4hr mark but as long as I get round SNOD number 11 then I will be happy enough.
Fingers crossed for swift recoveries Brer and UDS. Don't want any more names on the list!
I am guessing you will ploughing through the double on your own TR? Really disappointed no to be joining you but the offer of half way refreshments still stands if needed. Just let me know what food/drink you need and what time (7.30?) and I will have it ready.
