Hi Ruth, I'm training for London but I've got a few stag dos coming up that I really can't avoid. Rather than do the sensible/strong option and refrain from too much alcohol, do you have any tips for low-calorie boozing? |

Steve, I'm desperate to break 3.30 at london and don't want to fall behind with my long runs. However I really want to keep up with the cross country races and 10ks that are coming up (typically on long run days - Saturdays and Sundays) and want to keep doing our speed sessions on club nights (Tuesdays/Thursdays. Any advice for how to fit in or merge my long run with these? Paul |

| If you're only interested in looking at runs you've done - don't you have the view - view in google earth option in the toolbar at the top? |

I completed the Edinburgh Marathon on Sunday and two days later I had amassive nose bleed at my desk today. I never get nose bleeds - ever - and I didn't get them last year after London (my first and only other marathon). Having searched the net, I can't find anything else on these forums or on the web that properly answers why this might happen. Can anyone help? |

Heading up from the toon in the morning with the mrs (motivator). Only my second marathon and have trained like a nutter so am VERY nervous. Can anyone recommend a cheering point for the wife at about the 20/22 mile mark? |
