Hello, I have a 10k race on 29.03.09 and am running for approx an hour each weekend but with the bad weather I am not getting out for a run in the week. I go swimming twice a week but just wondered is that going to be enough training for a 10k, my friend and I would like to run it in approx an hour but I'm worried that if I'm not running 3 times a week that won't be achievable.
