Just received an email with regards to priority booking for the 'Run to the Beat' Half marathon this year and the booking fee...........44 pound.

tTanks but no thanks guys. Was going to do it again to get my revenge on my course time but I'll stick to a cheaper and better organised half marathon than last years.

I can only hope for the 44.00 pounds they have taken note of runners comments from last year and look after the runners this year

Come on 'Run to the Beat'' organisers get it right please for runners sake

One last message to wish you all good luck for this sunday whether your doing the half or full marathon.

Weather looks like ran but at least it's going to be good for running ( But a bit of sun wouldn't go amiss).  Thanks to all the notes on the forum about the only hill being at 11 miles and the course not being too hilly.

Hopefully the race being my 101st half will go ok and I just hope I don't regret coming out of running retirement after 12 years to do this

See you all on the day from race number 101 and best of luck
