Not much running from me over the last couple of months due to glute problems. Had to pull out of abingdon Marathon after 3m, but made the most of it by checking out a few miles of the TP heading from Abingdon towards Oxford
Nothing much happening here, but I did manage to get round a muti-terrain 10m race on Sunday- though more of a tempo effort than a race. The good news though was that the glutes held out, so I seem to be on the way back!
Might try a couple of local races in the winter, but the main priority for me now is building core strength and getting a mileage base back ready for next year's adventures So far these include- Barry 40 and Born to Run 40 (March), VLM (April|), TP100 (May) and the Mighty Snod. Anglo-Celtic Plate to fit in somewhere once they finalise a venue/date (Newport I think) ... and if I get selected, of course
