Remember, the whole point is to encourage each individual to focus on THEIR OWN training goals.
Personally, I would hate it if anyone ran more than they would/should and got injured.

i ran extra miles this week on Tuesday and Wednesday because I am away on holiday- and to give myself some easy days while travelling- so rejigged my week- which means fewer miles to orrow and Saturday
on the other hand..,. There is around ONE AND A HALF MILES AVERAGE between the 2 teams...so still wide open.
