Can anyone recommend somewhere to park on Sunday, I would like it to be free (which I think a lot of London is on Sunday's) and near to a tube station.

I'll be coming from Wiltshire along the M4.

I bought a small pair of black 2XU shorts the other week from Wiggle.

Compared to my Skins half tights, they seem to be better quality, after 6 months the stitching on the Skins is breaking down. Not that good, in my opinion.

I use a tiny clip, pinched off a headset from work, its just like a peg and clips onto the wire and then onto your clothes. That way I have exactly the length I require.

 However I now run without an ipod, mainly due to the fact that headphones kept getting wrecked in the rain and disrupting my rhythm. I now just count in my head, admittedly not as good as listening to music but a good way to keep focused.

 Seems like the wind might be a bit of a bugger, the last thing you want in those final miles is a headwind, hopefully its non-existant, however based on the wind here (in miserable Wilts) I would say that its going to be blowing a gale in Scotland, on the sea front!
