Evenin.

Cheers Baz. Amazing what difference scientific fuelling can make.

GI - Dronfield FC 10k this Friday and Buxton HM Sunday. Nailed on PB courses, especially for you with the post-marathon bounce.....

Carter - you still stalking? Any progress with the ITBS? You use a foam roller? Which physio do you see?

LS - You putting your feet up?

Really nice run. I`m not definite but trying to squeeze it in. Not sure I can do this and Buxton.

I might do Dronfield FC 10k on Friday, Cake! Hilly and low-key to the extent that I was 12th last year!

I think that it is very good mentally aswell as physically. I often get the bus to work and then run home (6 hilly miles). However, the bus didn`t turn up this morning so I was late into work!

Morning!

Chuffed to get my third 20 miler in the bag yesterday. No problem but got a bit sunburnt. Fuel was cola bottle chews and a few sips of lucozade.

Well done GI for the 5k time. I thought it was Ron McAndrew (not Dr Hill) who was behind the Blackpool Marathon and I did warn you about them getting it so badly wrong that the course was incorrect one year. That said, I`ve done a few Fylde Coast events and not really had a problem but the assumption can appear that the events run themselves because most folk are local club runners who have done the events before.
