Thanks members. I meant explorer 9 sorry, when you say chrome you mean open the garmin with google chrome or set chrome as the default browser? I'm not savvy with computers, it goes with pullin teeth for a living!

I have a forerunner 210 and since upgrading to windows explorer 8 cannot download runs, Garmin say its not compatible yet, anyone else have this problem?

Since a bad back 3 months ago I'm struggling with sciatic type hamstring tightness and now achilles pain all on the right leg . I'm only doing 3-5 miles at a time 3 times a week but its making the running hard work.
