Hello,

Was wondering if anybody on the RW forums was doing this marathon. If anybody is driving from London on the morning of the race would it be possible to hitch a ride to the start. Looking at train times it doesn't appear to be possible to get down to Heathfield on the mornign of the race by train.

Thanks

Rajiv

Week 3 (15/11/11 - 21/11/11)

- Run 4 times a week (inc 1 quality session and 1 long run). Done, inc a 1 mile repeat session , and 2 long runs (total mileage 53.1mi)

- Swim once a week. Done

- Go to the gym once a week. Done

- Cycle to work at least once a week. Cycled twice

- Oh and eat fewer cakes, sweets, biscuits and general other crap. Didn't eat much junk, think I was successful here.

- Work out how to use Garmin. Done

So to week 4....

Week 2 (08/11/11 - 14/11/11)

- Run 4 times a week (inc 1 quality session and 1 long run). Managed to run 4 times (inc one longish run, but no quality session) total mileage 28mi

- Swim once a week. Nope

- Go to the gym once a week. Done

- Cycle to work at least once a week. Cycled twice

- Oh and eat fewer cakes, sweets, biscuits and general other crap. Not so bad for week 2.

- Work out how to use Garmin. Will see tonight when I try to do an interval session.

On with week 3....
