I have been looking at following a training program for my next Half which will be Bath next year. After completing Chippenham and a few 10K races book between then and now thats soon enough for me.
I realise Bath maybe awhile away but want to do the research now to get the right program in place. I'm aiming for approx. 1hr 40mins. What are peoples thoughts for training programs. I would like to continue gymwork whilst following any program (say 3-4 times a week) although most programs have you running 5 days a week with rest days for the remaining 2. This leave little if no room for gym work.
