Wow, ArrowsLou, not heard of the combination of coriander, thyme, ginger and star anise with yogurt, sounds interesting! The only time I've had some of these together is in a curry!
SupermanRuns, try to resist finishing the whole jar at the same sitting...Ruth's watching!
Hi Malcs, I'm enjoying my runs more and more! I think it's because I haven't got a spring marathon to aim for, so I feel more relaxed about my runs. My first race isn't until May (Leeds 1/2). However, I'm making use of the time to have more structured sessions, and hence benefitting a lot from the discussions here.
Morning everyone . I must say these threads are getting more and more informative with time! Thanks Malcs for asking Steve all the relevant questions while I lurk...Particularly interesting to learn about the reasoning behind the speed of pacing during interval and the mid week long run, thanks!
I've also been stalking Ruth in all the threads on this page, although at times I feel really guilty everytime I read them
I actually received a jar of nutella AND peanut butter in my Christmas stockings!!! Shamelessly admitting to loving them, especially with both in the same sandwich
