Have to agree with the nice bike!

I got 5 easy in this morning. For the first time since December it did feel easy and not a bit of a slog. Legs are feeling lighter and had a glimpse of the elusive zen feeling that used to be there... Then I started thinking again... Doh...

Choisy: Will third or what ever that post. It's the whole point of the exercise at the end of the day. Movement under own steam, freedom, outside, time and alone. Luvely.

Not getting e-mails or being able to access the forum on my phone is now getting silly. Missing half a conversation... Grrrrr

Lee - one of the wonderful things from meeting up in Birmingham was getting share your boundless enthusiasm for running and your fantistic support of ploddy runner like myself!

I did 8 this morning @9:30 pace. Legs felt like lead after yesterday. Got an easy week planned next week, so just thinking about a few 5 milers and no major efforts.

Gona be up and looking at VLM's website tomorrow morning like a crazy person. I got a response from Dyslexia people and they are going to give me a GB on the proviso that I manage to enter the ballot too... Going to be fun.

RR careful with that calf...

Mike, I'd be happy with that period.
