In case you didn't see it before TH2 and Shadowfax, many thanks from me as well for a great race and great marshaling throughout. I think I managed to say thanks to each marshal as I passed, but apologies if I missed a few!
Interesting that some of you aren't running until Sunday. If I'm honest, my legs are by no means back to "normal", so maybe I should take advice from experienced marathoners (again!) and rest for an entire week. I guess it's the same as during the taper when you're not doing as much running and you begin to worry that your fitness is going to drop off rapidly, it isn't though is it?! More foam rolling and stretching tonight that's for sure.
Next race for me is a half marathon 3 weeks on Saturday, so I'm keen to get back out and running again but also conscious about doing too much too soon.
