The shit stirrer returns to see if he's stirred up enough trouble yet.
A pedestrian who obstructs traffic is acting illegally.
Even more so where there is a path next to the road he could be using but won't.
But defend the indefensible if you want to. On this forum runners can do no wrong.
No runner should be running on the carriageway of a busy main road. It is a stupid thing to do. And you will have an uphill struggle getting any damages at all if you get hit by a vehicle. It isn't a sensible place to practice your sport.

I haven't had to fishtail-arm any runners today, thankfully.
If they don't want to be described as swarming, maybe they shouldn't swarm.
