Oh, if you find that you have diet fail days to often then you need to think about it. If you have one diet fail day every 2-3 weeks then it's not bad but if you are having them more often then you maybe need to think about changing your plan and maybe allowing a day with more calories in once a week as a treat day not loads, just that bit more... It gives you something to look forward to and stops you giving up. so just see how it goes and be flexible But stay strong. You can change
Stay strong... One of the best things I learnt is that it's not evil to let your tummy grumble... I was a lazy eater and when i was bored i just eat, and over time your tummy just seems to get used to being full. It's not the end of the world to have it grumble at you for an hour or two between meals. If you do need to snack fresh fruit was my saviour. Bananas and apples were my staple go to fruit. I had an idea apple corer at work and another at home. So I could just grab an apple and cut it into 8 neat slices so I could nibble through that when i wanted.
If you don't like as sweet then things like tomatoes.
There are social running groups on facebook where people say i'm doing x run on y day. Your welcome to join me. Some of those become quite large and organised... Cost nothing at all. They seem to do exactly the same job without the hype.
How the hell does this threaten to turn the concept of marathon running on it's head... It's more saying oh make sure you keep training so you can plod out 26.2m at anytime which probably 90% of the runners that sign up can do.
