Arrgh change of plans down Milton Keynes for work tomorrow so don't want to run after being stuck in the car for an hour to two hours getting home.
So Tonight or Thursday is first run back.
I'm going to run every other day upto my half in a week and a half or so so Thurs/Sat/Mon/Wed/Fri/Half-Sunday seems a good plan, now it's just if I put a run in tonight as well or wait till Thursday. Was going to say tonight, but am tempted to wait. so the great comeback will be delayed a day, but so be it, and then i'm doing sensible i think running every other day until the half.
