I live in Shepherds Bush, West London and was wondering if any like minded indiviudals would like a training partner? I run 3-4 marathons per year and am clocking just under 03:30 at present but would like to get back to my old pb of 03:19 before various injuries knocked me back. Never got on with running clubs but a bit of company on the long runs would go down a treat and no doubt speed me up
I am at a loss and after some advice. I have recently started to get chronic pain in my right leg when running, at rest it is fine. The pain feels like it is coming from inside my right quad muscle deep in my leg and gets worse as the run progressess.
I have tried resting which works for shorter runs but the problem comes back after 5 or 6 miles. Don't think it is a muscle tear anyone any ideas?
