Hi all, Bsically i run at a minimium 3 8mile runs a week, and would like to encorporate a gym routine 3 times a week into my training schedule. I don't want to bulk up much, just develop a good level of muscalar endurance and a bit more of a toned frame. Can any point me in the direction of a plan or there own proven routine? any help is apreciated |
