in fairness i won't be running in the middle of too many roads its more a path out of the village where there is no light and can get overgrown! plus some public land to do cross country....need a light to avoid the cows

thank you for all your responses, i am having a look round now for a good price. basically i live in a village 3 miles from a town so i have to run there when its dark, which isn't bad but if cold means getting changed at work etc and thats not always ideal. hopefully this will work out.

i like to run in the morning, this does pose a problem of the dark...does anyone recommend running with a headlamp( think thats what you call them I'm sure you know what i mean). this would be more for a cross country type run either in part or full as i can run in the local town where there are some lights.thank you
