I originally thought it was shin splints, but my physio suggested otherwise. But i'm thinking about this whole overpronating thing: I recently got neutral running shoes after being told I don't overpronate, but the timing of my injury is a real co-incidence! I may check that out.
I'm a little baffled over my recent injury. It's a pain on the inside of my leg, a couple of inches above my ankle. Running is off, and I get a swelling after jogging. I rested for 2 months, built up again slowly, and it's happened again, but this time on both legs? When I saw a physio over Christmas he suggested it may be linked to tendon trouble, perhaps caused by the fact that it seems i'm a little bandy legged. Any ideas or should I just become a jockey?
