sorry haven't posted since a 3 weeks ago as problems with computer. My training isn't going particularly well. Did the Reading half on 6/3 in 2 hrs 15 mins and was pleased but due to a recent separation from my husband my training has gone from 5 times a week to 2-3!! Still do long runs at the weekend and plan to do about 17/18 miles next weekend so fingers crossed will be okay. Am running with my Dad which will help.
